Inside, the living room is decorated with stylish furniture and a fully equipped kitchen with quality appliances. The spacious and bright living area encourages relaxation, while the artworks and personalized decor add a sophisticated touch.


Outdoors

The 9 x 5m pool (Depth: 1.8m), which can be heated, sits at the center of the villa's south facade, surrounded by vast green spaces ideal for relaxation, with numerous loungers and hammocks. A lower level offers a chill-out terrace and gaming area, perfect for unwinding with family or friends. The villa also boasts a large outdoor kitchen under a covered veranda, complete with a barbecue, ideal for preparing al fresco meals. There is also a car park for at least five cars.


Location

Situated in the Andalusian hills of Spain, the property enjoys a privileged position between the charming white villages of Canillas de Aceituno and Alcaucin, at the edge of the Sierras de Tejeda Natural Park. Just a 35-minute drive away is Torre del Mar, a small coastal town with beautiful beaches and a 4 km long promenade lined with welcoming restaurants. The villa also offers unparalleled views of La Maroma mountain, which peaks at 2,000 meters and reveals snowy landscapes in winter.


Note: Pool heating is most beneficial during the intermediate seasons (September-October, May-June) and is also very effective in March and April. However, in December and January, it can be more challenging depending on the outdoor cold. Note that it's difficult to guarantee a temperature above 25-26 degrees if the air temperature is in the single digits.
