Room 3

Room 4
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm. Bathroom private. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, safe, private terrace, balcony.

Room 5
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 2 twin beds. Bathroom private, with bathtub, shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, safe.


Indoors 

This 550 m2 home offer very attractive interiors. Nothing has been left to chance. It's calm at any time of day. You'll appreciate the pleasant living areas and the five bedrooms (each with its own private bathroom).


Outdoors 

The house is nestled in 5000 m2 of wooded garden.  The property also features elegant terraces, a pétanque court and a secure outdoor swimming pool (15 x 4 m - Depth: 1.4 to 1.8 m) (heating: optional and at extra cost)


Staff & Services

You will be delighted by the high standard of service provided by the house staff (a housekeeper, a cook and a gardener), who are always smiling and available. The villa is set in secure, private estate.

Please note that the menus offered are Moroccan and that the cook does not work on Sundays. The cost of the ingredients is not included in the price.

Shopping done by staff: shopping costs based on receipts (deducted from the working capital deposit), 200 MAD for travel and petrol costs. Please note that staff cannot supply you with alcohol (department store nearby).
There is an annex building in the garden, offering a massage room, a fully equipped gym and a hammam. This is next to a pétanque court.
Payment for local treatments (massage, hammam and delivery) must be made in DHS (Moroccan dirham).

Other services available:
- Hammam (2 hours maximum)
- Hammam treatment (30 mins): 300 dhs
- On-site massage in the massage room by a professional (1 hour): from 450 dhs/hour
- Second cook or cleaner (if more than 6 people)
- Pool preheating: 3 days in winter (€240) and other  seasons 2 days (€160) if necessary.

Note: when the working capital is exhausted, it will have to be renewed (staff cannot advance the funds).
