Room 3
Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom private, with shower. This bedroom includes also dressing room.

Room 4
Master bedroom, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm. Bathroom private, with bathtub, shower. This bedroom includes also dressing room, private terrace.

Room 5 - Guest House :
Room. The bedroom has 2 Beds including 1 double bed 160 cm, 1 single bed 90 cm. Bathroom private, with shower. This bedroom includes also dressing room.


Indoors 

Designed for conviviality, the Villa is centred around a spacious, bright 80 m² living room with a fireplace, television and Wi-Fi, and a cosy 28 m² dining room. An elegant bar extends this beautiful space, opening onto a tree-lined patio that invites you to relax. 


Outdoors 

You will enjoy a splendid swimming pool* (15 x 6m - depth: 1.5m) surrounded by sun loungers, a spacious summer lounge, a large 150 m² panoramic terrace overlooking the garden and the Atlas Mountains, and a summer dining room with barbecue and plancha grill for delicious gourmet moments. A pétanque court completes the enclosed, tree-lined grounds, perfect for lively afternoons.
The parking can accommodate two cars.

*The swimming pool can be heated in winter, on request and at an additional cost.
