Notes : 
- Apartamento Oliveira (bedroom 6) : the sofa bed can be converted in 2 single extra beds for children (75x180 cm).
- Casa Caseiro (bedroom 7) : the sofa bed, that can be used as single extra bed (120x200cm).


Indoors

Casa Julieta 98 m² – 2 levels (1 room, 2 wc) :
Ground floor: The entrance leads to a master bedroom opening onto a private terrace, equipped with a day bed ideal for napping or reading. Modern bathroom with walk-in shower and contemporary sink.
Upstairs: The living room opens onto an intimate balcony overlooking the park. An old wood-burning stove brings warmth and character to the spacious living room, which also features a large sofa bed and a reading corner. Open-plan, fully equipped kitchen (large refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, hob, coffee machine, etc.). Family dining table. Second bathroom with toilet. The whole space is bathed in a soft and warm atmosphere, enhanced by natural colors and handcrafted furniture.

Casa de Família 95 m² – Single story (3 rooms, 2 wc) :
Large open living room, consisting of a cozy lounge (sofa, TV) and a convivial dining room with a family table. Modern and fully equipped open-plan kitchen, accessible from the common room.
Four bedrooms (one master suite with dressing room and private bathroom; three single children's bedrooms/studies), lit by large windows. Two bathrooms in total (one with bathtub, the other with shower, both with toilet).
Private patio with outdoor table for meals and deckchairs for relaxation.

Lavanda Apartment 52 m² – Top floor (1 room, 1 wc) :
Light-filled main room, designed as an open-plan living space: equipped kitchenette, sitting area (sofa), dining table for two, access to a balcony overlooking the gardens.
Cozy bedroom with double bed and desk area.
Modern bathroom (shower, toilet, sink). Zen atmosphere, ideal for couples or young parents: all the comforts in an intimate and functional space.

Apartamento Oliveira 51 m² – Top floor (1 room, 1 wc) :
Bright living room with sofa bed (for two children), dining area and access to a private balcony.
Open-plan, fully equipped kitchen.
Cozy master bedroom (double bed, sitting area, office space).

Casa do Caseiro 91 m² – Single story (2 rooms, 2 wc) :
Former caretaker's house converted into a charming cottage.
Cozy living room (TV, library), large dining table, fully equipped open kitchen.
Two bedrooms: one master bedroom and one family bedroom (with beds for children).
Two bathrooms (one en suite to the master bedroom), comfortable dressing room.
Private patio furnished for outdoor dining and relaxation.

Casa Sobre a Vinha 58 m² – 2 levels (1 room, 1 wc) :
Upper floor: Large living room with traditional fireplace, sofa bed, dining table, open kitchen and access to a modern bathroom.
Ground floor: Master bedroom opening onto the lawn, large bay windows offering spectacular views of the vineyards.
Decor: Bohemian chic atmosphere, natural wood, Portuguese textiles, and bucolic panoramas.

In each accommodation: air conditioning, heating, mosquito nets, Wi-Fi, quality furniture, local art, refined linens, and natural materials.


Outdoors

The vast 13-hectare estate is a true natural gem, nestled among vineyards, olive groves, and gardens. The infinity pool (12 x 6 m - depth: 1.2 to 1.8 m) overlooks the valley and is equipped with deckchairs and an outdoor shower. A sauna with views of the countryside completes the wellness area.
For social gatherings, a barbecue area, large dining tables under a pergola, and a campfire area are perfect for festive or peaceful evenings. Children can enjoy: a tree house, playhouse, trampoline, educational vegetable garden, and sports area (tennis, basketball, volleyball, badminton).
Reading and relaxation areas, marked trails, and a green amphitheater dot the park, providing opportunities to recharge your batteries or share lively moments with your family.
You will also find a farm, a green house, vineyards. The villa has its own production of vegetables, fruits and 2 wine grapes: red wine (Pinot Noir) and the famous vinho verde (Alvarinho).
The property has 4 electric bikes, 2 traditional bikes, 1 three-wheel bike for children, and 1 sports bike for teenagers (available at an additional cost).


Staff & Services

Prices include: breakfast, daily cleaning, and a full cleaning at the end of your stay.
Breakfast consists of fresh, tasty ingredients, some of which come from the farm and vegetable garden.

To accompany your stay, the chef can also offer (on request and at an additional cost) seasonal menus made from locally grown produce (80% of which comes from the estate's own farm). The house also offers a gourmet selection of homemade preserves, prepared with care. Cooking Masterclasses and wine tastings can also be arranged on request and at an additional cost.


Location

The estate enjoys an ideal location: just minutes from the legendary city of Braga, medieval towns such as Guimarães, the secret beaches of the Costa Verde, and the Peneda-Gerês National Park. Hiking and biking trails start right at the gate, leading to traditional villages, colorful markets, and the wild nature of the Minho region.
Porto International Airport makes it easy to get there (less than an hour's drive). The train stations in Braga and Viana do Castelo open the door to regional excursions.
