Room 3

Room 4
Room. This bedroom has 1 double bed. , with shower. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.

Indoors 

The house benefits from superb communal living areas open to the garden, which allow you to enjoy the outdoors and the good weather. These include a fully equipped modern kitchen, a dining room and a comfortable sitting area with a wood burning stove and large sofas. You can also enjoy a TV lounge that is separated from the other rooms.
The decoration is composed of natural neutral tones with rustic wood accents. 

The sleeping area has 5 bedrooms decorated in cool, relaxing tones. Large windows allow you to enjoy the view of the garden and pool from your bed.

The house has recently undergone significant renovations, both internally and externally in 2026: 
- All 5 bedrooms now have direct outdoor access.
- Each bedroom has a Marshall speaker.
- The living room also has a larger portable Marshall speaker, which can be used both indoors and outdoors.
- New and improved interior decoration througout the house.
- A guest toilet is also available


Outdoors​ 

On the terrace there is a lounge and a beautiful dining room with a large wooden table and a barbecue. Here you can enjoy the warm summer evenings or share a meal in the shade.

The outdoor swimming pool is the perfect place to cool off or lie back on the sun loungers and sunbathe. To enjoy the sunshine, you can also climb up to the rooftop terrace, where you can also enjoy the view and sunset over the countryside and forest. 


Staff & Services

The villa offers its guests the possibility of various additional services, baby equipment (cot/high chair), additional bed, chef services.
The final housekeeping is not included in the price and is mandatory.


Location

The property is located in a quiet area, between the villages of Comporta (access to the beach of Comporta) and Carvalhal (access to the beaches of Pego and Carvalhal). In both villages there are shops, bars and restaurants.
