Villa Amandina is a beautiful restored house, located in the heart of a vineyard in Arezzo, Tuscany. The property offers its guests the possibility of relaxing as the nature and the privacy of the place will deliver a unique blend for a regenerating holiday.  It is an ideal place for an incredible stay under the Tuscan sky with family and friends.

Indoors 

The house has been carefully renovated, in accordance with the environmental friendly philosophy, and following the highest level of quality standards in terms of design.
Guests can enjoy a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen located under the old loggia at the ground floor. Through the glass doors it is possible to observe the breathtaking panorama of the valley, the hills, and the city of Arezzo.
The villa features five ensuite bedrooms in total (two double bedrooms on the ground floor and three double bedrooms on the upper floor).



Outdoors​ 

Guests can enjoy the private pool (8 x 6 metres), surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation and accessible only from the house’s loggia or the elegant glass doors both located on the ground floor.
Thanks to the proximity of the pool with the living room and the kitchen, it is possible to enjoy the nature surrounding the villa while having a peaceful poolside dinner.



Staff & Services

The price includes a welcome dinner for the day of arrival (weekly stays only), a welcome basket with local and organic products for breakfast (for the day after arrival), a midweek and weekend cleanings with the change of linen and towels (weekly stays only) and the final housekeeping.
The villa also offers its guests the possibility of additional services, such as additional housekeeping, extra change of line and towels or extra beds.


Location

Villa Amandina has a perfect location to discover and explore the Tuscan hill towns.
The property is only 7 km from the centre of Arezzo and the main amenities are easily accessible.

Recensioni

This place was the centerpiece of our first trip with friends since the start of the pandemic, and it exceeded all of our expectations ! The villa was perfect for our group of 6 friends, and the grounds revealed something new around every corner during walks. The views from the hill overlooking Arezzo and the surrounding countryside are spectacular - morning, day and night. We were fortunate enough to be there during the Sangiovese harvest. Although this is one of the busiest times of the year at the vineyard, the owner always made time to show us the process and answer our many questions. The hospitability manager is one of a kind, delightful and anticipated our every need. The history of the property and green philosophy of the entire operation really makes for a unique experience. Of course we did the wine tour/tasting as well as an on-site cooking class. Both were lots of fun and also educational. Everyone's favorite dish was one of the simplest - freshly made pasta with butter and sage ! Now to begin planning our next visit !

The villas, the staff, the vineyards...it is all perfect! The trip of a lifetime in a setting right out of a Fairytale!

The villa was spacious with old world charm and modern conveniences with views that welcomed the day and graced the night.

The wine tour made me want to start a winery and we were fortunate enough to be there at harvest time. The estate commitment to green is innovative and the quality of wine is the highest.

Be sure to take the cooking class and learn from the best so you can bring a taste of the villa home with you!

We had a great time in this Villa, there was plenty of space for 2 families (9 pers.). The house and the premises are even more breathtaking than shown on the pictures.
The hosts were perfect, they even organized table tennis equipment, an italian mocca-machine and plenty of information where to go and what to see. The villa, especially the kitchen is equipped with everything one might need.
But there‘s certainly more to experience because it‘s a winery...:-) You can try the wines, grappas and oils and they are even provided for reasonable prices in the villa.
We would book again any time, Thank you for the great time we had!
