Indoors 

The entrance leads directly into a bright and welcoming living room. Divided into two areas, it includes a living room with a traditional fireplace and a dining area. French windows open onto the furnished terrace overlooking the pool. The kitchen, traditionally decorated with blue Sicilian earthenware, is just off the living area and is fully equipped.
There are two bedrooms on the first floor, each with its own private bathroom. A further toilet is located next to the living area.
The second floor offers two further double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms and access to the beautiful upstairs terrace.


Outdoors​ 

Set in the heart of an olive grove, the gardens provide an authentic Sicilian feel. Slightly below the house, the infinity pool (12 x 6m) faces the sea, surrounded by sun loungers, garden furniture and olive trees.
From the pool, a path leads to a delightful wooden table in the heart of a pretty Mediterranean garden: the perfect setting for an evening aperitif. The path then leads down into the countryside to a secluded, tranquil beach. From the villa, you can reach it directly in 2 minutes by car, or on foot in 10 minutes.
On the villa level is a covered, furnished terrace overlooking the pool. Here you'll find comfortable garden furniture and a table for al fresco dining, as well as a toilet. A little further away is the barbecue with another dining area.
On the villa's second floor, a large terrace offers splendid sea views. Accessible from the garden, it's the ideal place to enjoy your morning coffee.
The owner's horse also lives on the property, in a stable at a safe distance from the villa. In harmony with the rural ideal that seems to have shaped the premises, this companion is always a big hit with the villa's residents, especially the children.
As you stroll through the garden, you'll also find a stone bench from which to contemplate the sea and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.


Staff & Services

The price includes a welcome pack, weekly garden and pool maintenance, garbage collection (once a week), mid-week cleaning, weekly change of bathroom linen, change of bed linen (for stays of more than a week), final cleaning and tourist tax.
The villa also offers to its guests the possibility of optional services such as daily cleaning service, extra change of linen, grocery delivery...


Location

The surrounding area is full of places to discover: magnificent beaches, ancient ruins and charming towns. You'll never tire of exploring this part of Sicily.


Notes :
- The swimming pool is open from 20th April to 2nd November.
- Just below the villa is a quiet beach with crystal-clear waters, accessible on foot. If you prefer to drive there, a country road lined with magnificent olive trees takes you directly from the villa to the beach in 2 minutes. The walk down is relatively easy, but the climb back up to the villa is a little more strenuous. We advise against using this path with young children, and recommend that you wear sturdy shoes rather than sandals.
