Indoors

The villa's interiors exude a unique Mediterranean ambience with a subtle combination of natural materials, neutral colour palettes and clean lines. Covering an area of 120 m², the interior living spaces include a spacious lounge with majestic handcrafted furniture, a fully equipped kitchen, and stylish modern bathrooms. On the ground floor, the kitchen opens onto a vine-shaded pergola with alfresco dining areas. The first floor features a large terrace with comfortable seating and stunning sea views, perfect for unparalleled moments of relaxation.


Outdoors

Built using local materials and traditional techniques, the exterior evokes a refined rural simplicity. The villa is set in 2,000 m² of grounds planted with vines, shady cypress trees, pines and olive trees. Extensive vine-covered pergolas, flamboyant bougainvillea and sandy paths add to the charm of the setting. An infinity pool (6 x 8m - Depth: 0.2 to 1.4m) with wide steps provides easy entry for all ages. Surrounding this aquatic oasis, an open bar with wine fridge, comfortable lounges and a barbecue area await you, creating the perfect setting to relax and enjoy nature.


Staff & Services

The price includes a concierge service, welcome and tour of the villa by a member of the villa team on arrival, a welcome basket (with local delicacies, a bottle of wine from the property's vineyard, fruit juices and organic fruit), a cleaning service (3 days a week -  intervention in the morning from 9/10 a.m. for a maximum of 5 hours), and daily maintenance of the pool and garden (once a week).

Situated just a short walk from the beaches of Ammoudi and Psarou, the villa is ideally placed to enjoy the best of Zakynthos while being away from the crowds. This area of the east coast of Zakynthos offers crystal-clear waters ideal for snorkelling and small, quiet beaches perfect for families. The house is close to charming fish tavernas and seaside restaurants, as well as local mini-markets. Being only 15 km from Zakynthos Town and 19 km from Zakynthos Airport, the property is easily accessible yet retains an atmosphere of tranquillity and timelessness.
