The living area consists of a three-seater sofa, a two-seater sofa, an armchair, three coffee tables, and a dining table that accommodates eight people. It is also equipped with a 45-inch LG TV, home cinema, and a fireplace, providing a cozy and stylish setting.

A private heated infinity pool of 32 m² (depth: 1.8m) with hydromassage is surrounded by six sun loungers, a semicircular outdoor sofa, and a dining table for six. A sunken seating area with an outdoor fire pit allows guests to enjoy evenings under the stars. The villa offers stunning sea views and features a water lily pond in the front garden, along with a private path leading directly to the beach. 2 parking spaces are available.
