Indoors 

Completed in 2023, the house prioritizes light and flow. The living room opens wide to the horizon through large picture windows that carry the view into the living areas. The dining area sits at pool level to maximize time together and keep the circulation between indoors and out effortless. Finishes blend light wood, stone, and sandy tones for a soothing ambiance.
The fully equipped kitchen lets you prepare meals without losing touch with the terrace.
A projector turns the lounge into a cinema for your evenings.
Air conditioning serves the living areas, and high-speed Wi‑Fi ensures seamless connections, whether you’re working remotely or streaming your content.


Outdoors 

Terraces wrap the infinity pool (10m x 4m), whose glass wall extends the sea’s horizon line. The sun deck brings together built-in seating and sun loungers for days set to the rhythm of the breeze. The barbecue area with bar makes alfresco meals easy. Outdoor games—table tennis and darts—pepper the afternoons without disturbing the tranquility of the setting.
Parking is available directly on the property. The pool remains operational year-round so you can savor the shoulder seasons.


Staff & Services

Daily housekeeping keeps the villa immaculate, with linen and towel changes every 3 nights and adjustments possible to suit your needs. The concierge supports you before and during your stay.
On request and at an additional charge, we can arrange private transfers, wine experiences, diving, horseback rides, or sessions with a fitness and yoga coach. Childcare is available.


Location

The villa overlooks the village of Agia Efimia, on the northeast coast of Céphalonie, and is located in a totally private & anonymous enviroment. You can easily reach the port, the waterfront cafés and tavernas, as well as the island’s beaches and coves. Its position makes excursions to natural sites and boat trips simple. Return to quiet, facing the open sea, and stretch out the day on the terraces.
