In addition to its eight charming bedrooms with their own bathroom, the house has a splendid view of the Pyrenees and the ocean at its feet. The house offers a large living room with a TV. Both the living room and dining room give view to the garden. Its fully equipped kitchen has 2 fridges. A wine cellar is also available.


Outdoors

A heated saltwater swimming pool of 17 x 6 meters sits in the middle of the garden and transats placed alongside will allow you to sit and rest. Guests will enjoy the waves of the famous Lafitenia beach, a few steps from the house. An outdoor kitchen and a plancha are available. Guests can enjoy a nice barbecue at the dining area in the open space. The property has a large park giving to its guests the benefits of peace and view of the beautiful sea. It is the idyllic place for your stay on the Basque Coast.

All kind of services can be adapted to your desires : suggestions on sites to visit, places not to be missed, reservation of a gold restaurant table, yoga lessons, surfing or even a massage, laundry and pressing of your linen, local newspapers available to accompany your morning coffee and croissants, planning of birthdays, parties or seminars (up to 20 people), for snacks in the afternoon or evening: tea, canapes, barbecue and picnic can be prepared for you during privatizations. For a Bed & Breakfast stay, the villa also offers the services of a chef and/or a concierge attentive to your every wish. The chef only uses daily fresh ingredients bought on the market and concocts delicious local recipes.

The house is only five minutes from the famous beach of Lafiténia, in the heart of a breathtaking setting. Located between the picturesque village of Saint-Jean-de-Luz, Guéthary and the chic city of Biarritz, the house is 1h away by car from Pau or Lourdes airport, 1h30 from Bilbao (Spain) and 30 minutes from San Sebastien (Spain) or 2h from Bordeaux. Guests will love to discover the magnificent Aquitaine and Basque region, well known for its surf spots, its thalassotherapy, its local gastronomy, its wines and its rich and unusual history.
