Indoors 

This superb contemporary villa is located on the heights of the beaches of Palombaggia, south of Porto-Vecchio. Built on a plot of more than 1ha, the villa distributes on one level nearly 500m2 and more than 400m2 of terraces.

The entrance opens onto a corridor distributing on the left the living rooms with an open kitchen with a back kitchen and a large reception room bathed in light by a retractable bay window overlooking the pool and the sea. A master bedroom with a bathroom/shower room, a hammam and a terrace facing the sea as well as a large guest bedroom with shower room and two private terraces complete the ensemble.

On the right, a corridor leads to three guest rooms each with a private terrace and two independent shower rooms. The entrance hall also leads to two communicating bedrooms and a shower room. This space is often used by parents with young children.

Finally, a staff room with its shower room and kitchenette is installed below the pool as well as a gym.

A cinema room is set up in the basement for movie lovers as well as a cellar equipped with vintage wines..

Outdoors​ 

The main terrace has a magnificent outdoor kitchen with plancha. The 180° sea view is truly extraordinary and spectacular. Particular care has been taken with the landscaping. The plantations and rock fillings, together with an 17m swimming pool, contribute to this remarkable environment.
The villa features a beautiful garden patio fully furnished with loungers.

Infinity heated pool of 17m x 5m.

The villa is equipped with an alarm system with remote monitoring by a private security firm.
The alarm video system can be disabled by a simple switch.
The pool is secured by with an electric cover curtain.

The house is equipped with WiFi and there is a sound system that can be carried out in the gardens and by the pool.
There is as well a gym room in the house.

There are 5 poolside loungers and additional loungers in front of each bedroom terrace. If necessary, the loungers can be moved by the pool (total of 10 loungers).

The house is underfloor heated and all bedrooms are air conditioned.


Staff & Services

The villa is staffed with a maid for 4 hours per day (except Sunday). House linen is of excellent quality. The mission of the household staff is mostly housekeeping (pre-provisioning available on request). The staff do not live on the property.Please note that a surcharge will be applied for the final cleaning, for stays of less than 14 nights in July/August.


Location

The villa is located in the hamlet of Porra on Palombaggia Road, 5 minutes from the Palombaggia beach by car and 7 minutes from downtown Porto-Vecchio. Access to the house is from a paved road as well as 50 metres of unpaved road.
