Indoors
The interiors combine the refinement of their medieval heritage with a careful restoration, designed for both entertaining and longer stays. The large dining room, fitted with a table seating 22 guests, sits alongside a second dining room for 8 in the château house. The main kitchen, fully equipped and extended by a scullery, is complemented by a second kitchen on the first floor, air-conditioned during the summer months. The living spaces unfold across several sitting rooms: a lounge with a fireplace, a television lounge also fitted with a fireplace, a library furnished with sofas, as well as an additional lounge for 8 in the château house.
The orangery, surrounded by greenery, offers a table for 4 around a fireplace, providing a distinct setting for more intimate meals.
For receptions and events, the estate has a plenary room able to host 45 people as well as a 130 m² reception hall, adaptable to seat 100 or to host 150 in a cocktail format.
A soundproofed 120 m² nightclub, housed in an outbuilding, completes the offering.
The pool house contains a yoga space as well as a summer kitchen, while a laundry room and Starlink satellite Wi-Fi serve the whole château.
Outdoors
The estate spreads across a wooded park planted with laurels and fruit trees, complemented by a landscaped garden, a courtyard of honour and a vegetable garden.
Two outdoor swimming pools* enliven the exteriors, including a twenty-by-seven-metre pool, heated from 15 April to 15 October and accompanied by its own pool house. A terrace set with a table for 18 and a garden lounge allows meals to be taken outdoors, in the shade of the trees or by candlelight in the evening. Sports enthusiasts can make use of a tennis court, a pétanque court and a table-tennis table, while a barbecue completes the outdoor facilities. Parking is arranged around an indoor car park with 8 spaces, 6 of which are fitted with electric vehicle charging points. The château house, one of the three interconnected buildings, has its own outdoor swimming pool, a furnished terrace with table and chairs for 8, as well as a private courtyard.
The property also has parking for 8 cars and 6 electric vehicle charging points.
*Swimming pools:
- Pool 1 (7 x 20m): heating is included in the price from April to the end of October (for the rest of the year, heating can be arranged on request for an additional charge).
- Pool 2: located at the château house (this pool is not heated).
Staff & Services
The stay comes with staff present on site as well as personalised preparation ahead of arrival. Housekeeping is provided daily.
A range of à la carte services (available on request and for an additional charge) allows the stay to be enriched according to preference: picnic organisation, pottery classes, horse riding, canoeing, a private chef, a chauffeur service or wine tastings.
The estate is also well suited to large-scale events, with a reception capacity of up to 120 guests for a wedding, as well as spaces dedicated to corporate seminars and professional events.
Location
The château is located in the immediate vicinity of Uzès, a Provençal village whose typical streets are arranged around the Place aux Herbes and its fountain, beneath the medieval Duché. The Uzès market, known for its colourful stalls, takes place on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Nearby, several outings await nature and heritage lovers: the waterfalls of La Roque-sur-Cèze invite bathing, while the hilltop villages of Lussan and Aiguèze reveal panoramic views over the surrounding garrigue. The Haribo Candy Museum is a popular outing for families.
A little further afield, Nîmes reveals its Roman arena and market halls, Avignon its vast Papal Palace, and Arles its arena as well as its renowned Rencontres de la photographie festival.
The wild landscapes of the Camargue, just a few kilometres away, round out the possible excursions from the estate.
Access from the surrounding major cities is via Nîmes station or Avignon TGV station, each around an hour's drive away, as well as via Montpellier airport, an hour and twenty minutes away, and Marseille airport, an hour and forty minutes away.
