The villa majestically combines the elegance of a Provencal farmhouse with the modernity of contemporary fittings. 
You'll discover a generous living space of 65 m², with particular attention paid to light and contemporary design. The living and dining areas merge harmoniously, framed by two comfortable sofas, ideal for relaxing with family or friends. This pleasant living area opens onto a fully equipped kitchen, designed to satisfy both gourmets and experienced cooks.
The house also has two spacious bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, guaranteeing privacy and comfort.


Outdoors 

The soul of the property lies in its 1500 m² enclosed garden, a veritable sanctuary of greenery dotted with olive, pine and oak trees. In the centre is the beautiful swimming pool heated in summer (13 x 4 m - secured), promising coolness and relaxation under the blue Provencal sky. Shaded terraces invite you to contemplate or dine al fresco, with breathtaking views over the Alpilles. For entertainment, the pétanque strip, table tennis, table football and barbecue add to the outdoor experience.

Location

The villa is set in an enchanting setting in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, in the heart of the Alpilles. It is close to the hotel to which it is attached, and just 10 minutes' walk from the town centre.
From the hotel, you are just 10 minutes from the A7 motorway, 20 minutes from Avignon TGV station and 50 minutes from Marseille airport.
Its peaceful location, at the foot of a 50,000-hectare protected park and just 800 metres from Saint-Rémy-de-Provence's lively town centre, means you can take full advantage of the region's attractions.


Note: this villa is not suitable for people with reduced mobility (PRM). The swimming pool is on a lower level than the villa, which is only accessible by stairs.
