Room 1
Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm. Bathroom private, with bathtub, shower. WC in the bathroom.

Room 2
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm. Bathroom private, with shower. WC in the bathroom.

Room 3
Room, 1st floor, connecting room. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm. Bathroom shared, with shower. WC in the bathroom.

Room 4
Children bedroom, 1st floor, connecting room. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom shared, with shower. WC in the bathroom.

Note: you have to go through bedroom 3 to get to bedroom 4. These two bedrooms share a bathroom.


Indoors 

This 200 m² house offers elegance and modern comfort.
You'll love the charming 80 m² living room, bathed in natural light, highlighting the meticulous decor and tastefully chosen furnishings. This area features a fully equipped kitchen where cooking enthusiasts can experiment their creativity, a welcoming lounge for relaxing moments and a dining space ready to host memorable dinners.
The attention to detail continues in the night area, where three elegant bedrooms promise rest and privacy. An additional bedroom has been specially designed for children, providing superb space for the little ones.


Outdoors 

The villa opens onto an enclosed garden of around 1,500 m², a sanctuary of greenery where the scents of Provence mingle with vibrant colours.
At the heart of the garden, a swimming pool heated  in summer (12 x 4m - secure) promises moments of coolness and fun. The pool is surrounded by an inviting pool house, perfect for relaxing in the Provencal climate.
You can also enjoy a petanque strip, a table tennis, a table football and a barbecue (the property also includes an enclosed car park).
