A games room (located in the garage, it offers 15 m² of artificial turf where children can play the various games provided. There is also a relaxation area under the roof for reading or meditation.

Outdoors

The beach is just 50 metres away - a permanent invitation to swim and stroll. The large, sheltered terrace, equipped with a convivial table and plancha, is ideal for outdoor meals, while the brazier creates the perfect atmosphere for starlit evenings.
You can also enjoy a jacuzzi, professionally maintained every week, for moments of total relaxation after the beach.
A large shower area for returning from the beach (in the basement), garage, private parking (4 spaces) and the option of recharging your electric vehicle all make daily life easier.
Location
The villa enjoys a privileged location on the Oléron coast, in the heart of the hamlet of Plaisance, in the commune of Saint-Georges-d'Oléron. Here, everything is accessible on foot or by bike: the beach, vast and authentic, 50 metres away; restaurants and shops 500 metres away; cycle paths to discover the island, just a little further.
Set between the sparkling sea and the ever-changing marshes, the house offers an exceptional natural setting, in absolute peace and quiet, but never far from the bustle of the village, the markets or the island's must-see sites (Cotinière harbour, Chassiron lighthouse, Fort Boyard). There is easy access via the Pont d'Oléron, and the property has secure parking.
