Note: Room 8 has a private bathroom and is located in an outbuilding 10 meters from the villa entrance. 


Indoors 

Built on a one-hectare plot, the villa's interiors are spacious and bright. The fully-equipped kitchen opens onto a large living room overlooking the hill on one side and the pool/sea on the other. Enjoy two shaded terraces for outdoor dining.


Outdoors 

The swimming pool (12m x 6m, min 1.4m and max 2m deep) can be heated and is equipped with an electric safety cover that complies with AFNOR standard NF P90-308.
There is a private tennis court and petanque area on the property. Two private gates give access from the bottom of the garden to a cove and a small sandy beach.
A private car park inside the property can accommodate up to 4 cars, but it is possible to park another car next to the coach house. 


Staff & Services 

The villa rental includes mid- and end-of-stay cleaning, pool heating and maintenance, and garden maintenance.
Pool heating is included in the rental price all year round, except in July and August. A supplement will be charged for heating during these 2 months.
On request and for an additional charge, you can benefit from: a cook, breakfast and delivery of groceries as well as an airport transfer service. 


Location

Villa Perry is located 10 minutes on foot or 3 minutes by car from the seaside resort of Porto-Pollo village, at the tip of the Valinco golf course. Nearby, numerous sites and activities are available, including horse riding, canyoning, diving and other water sports.
