Chalet Gravity

In summary

Nestled in Pra-Loup 1600, Chalet Gravity spans 220 m² across three floors and can accommodate up to fourteen people. Facing south and east, it enjoys unobstructed views of the Ubaye Valley and the surrounding mountains. Seven bedrooms, including a master suite with a spa bathroom, provide comfortable accommodation for families or groups of friends. A relaxation area with a sauna completes the ground floor, whilst the living room on the upper level is bathed in natural light thanks to its large bay windows and two skylights. The slopes are around 450 metres away, with a shuttle bus stop about 100 metres from the chalet.

  • Bedroom 6: one 140 cm bed, duvet, wardrobe
  • Bedroom 7: one 140 cm bed, duvet, wardrobe

Indoors 

The living room on the upper level combines a sitting area with an insert fireplace, a dining area with a large table and a bar area. The modern kitchen, which opens onto the living room, is equipped with a dishwasher, induction hobs, an oven, a full-height fridge, a Nespresso coffee machine and a wine cooler. Large floor-to-ceiling windows and two skylights provide plenty of natural light and frame the view of the valley.

On the ground floor, a sauna completes the wellness experience. The solid wood flooring throughout the chalet enhances its warm, renovated mountain atmosphere.


Outdoors 

A large sun terrace extends the living room and makes the most of the chalet’s south and east-facing aspect. It features a charcoal barbecue and a gas plancha for al fresco dining, with the Ubaye Valley always providing the backdrop.


Staff & Services

The beds are made on arrival and towels are provided. The chalet has Wi-Fi, two raclette sets and a fondue set. A full range of baby equipment (co-sleeping cot, changing table, high chair, baby bath, playpen) is available.

Electricity charges are settled on departure.

The chalet is non-smoking and does not allow pets.


Location

The chalet is situated in Pra-Loup 1600, in the Ubaye Valley, in the heart of the Southern Alps. The slopes are around 450 metres away and can be reached via the shuttle bus, which stops about 100 metres from the chalet. The resort’s shops are also in the immediate vicinity. Pra-Loup is renowned for its extensive ski area and the landscapes typical of the Ubaye Valley, which are enjoyed in both winter and summer.
