Indoors 

Spread over 520 m² and 4 floors, the chalet stands out for its expanses of glass and effortless flow via an elevator. The living area, structured around exposed timber framing and an open mezzanine, blends mountain materials with contemporary lines, with both a wood-burning fireplace and an ethanol fireplace to welcome you back from the slopes. The semi-professional kitchen, separate and open to the outdoors, centers on a Lacanche range, two ovens, and equipment designed for seamless service, directly connected to a dining area seating up to 20 guests. A custom-designed wine cellar completes the experience. For downtime, the mezzanine offers a games room with foosball, pinball, and a jukebox, as well as a TV lounge with a game console.


Outdoors 

The wraparound terrace naturally extends the living spaces and sets you facing the scenery. Enjoy a heated Nordic hot tub and a bar with a fire pit, in an ambiance oriented toward the valley and the peaks. The garage can accommodate 4 cars, and an electric-vehicle charging outlet is available.


Staff & Services

Your stay is orchestrated by an attentive team, with a Chef and a butler present from 7 h 30 to 11 h and from 16 h 30 to 23 h, a housekeeper from 10 h to 18 h, and a private driver 12 h per day with van. Daily housekeeping is provided, with a mid-stay change of sheets and towels, and concierge service before and during your stay. The chalet is non-smoking and pets are not accepted.


Location

In Le Fornet, the chalet sits 142 m opposite the Fornet cable car, ideal for reaching the Val d’Isère–Tignes ski area. The resort center and ski schools are 2 500 m away. For arrivals, Bourg-Saint-Maurice train station is 40 min and 30 km, Geneva Airport 3 h and 180 km, Lyon Airport 2 h 45 and 220 km.
