Indoors 

The ground floor comprises a living room featuring a dining area with a table and eight chairs, a sofa, armchairs, a coffee table and a TV unit with a flat-screen TV and DVD player, opening onto a large bay window leading to the furnished balcony. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, a combi-oven, a dishwasher, a ceramic hob, as well as a coffee maker, a Nespresso machine, a kettle and a toaster. The underfloor heating can be controlled individually in each room, and a ski locker completes the apartment’s facilities.

The 4-star residence offers a leisure area with a heated indoor swimming pool, a children’s paddling pool, a cardio training room, a jacuzzi and a sauna-hammam, as well as a spa offering treatments and massages at an additional cost.

The living room opens onto a furnished balcony, accessible via the large floor-to-ceiling window on the first floor.


Staff & Services

The living room includes a hotel-style service comprising bed linen and towels, Wi-Fi, and a end-of-stay cleaning service (excluding the kitchen). One covered parking space is included, with the option to book an additional space in the outdoor public car park. A high chair and a cot can be provided on request. Pets are allowed for an additional charge.


Location

The flat is situated in Tignes 1800 (Les Boisses), a sunny alpine village from early morning, connected to the Tignes-Val d’Isère ski area via the Les Boisses gondola lift. The residence is situated opposite the slopes, with ski-in/ski-out access, and enjoys views of the Mont Blanc massif. The village has its own ski school as well as restaurants and shops, allowing you to enjoy local amenities whilst benefiting from direct access to the ski area.
