Right in the centre of the village of Morzine, set within a traditional chalet, the Altachic flat spans 150 m² across an entire floor and accommodates up to nine people. Its location means shops, restaurants and ski lifts are all within walking distance. The interior combines the warmth of wood with contemporary décor: an open-plan kitchen, a living room with access to a balcony, and three bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. A covered parking space and a ski storage room complete the accommodation. Morzine lies at the heart of the Portes du Soleil, one of Europe’s largest ski areas, which is open all year round.

Bedroom 3
Bedroom. This bedroom has 4 beds, including 1 double bed (160 cm), 1 single bed and 2 bunk beds. Private bathroom with a bath. Toilet in the bathroom.

Please note: some double beds can be converted into single beds, but only upon prior request.


Indoors 

The flat occupies the entire first floor, where weathered wood and modern lines combine to create a warm, contemporary atmosphere. The spacious, fully-equipped kitchen opens onto a generous dining room and a light-filled living room leading out onto the balcony.

The three bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, offer welcome privacy for several families or groups staying under one roof. Two double bedrooms (160×190), one with a bath and the other with a shower, and a family bedroom combining a double bed, a single bed and a bunk bed, can accommodate up to nine people.

Some double beds can be separated on request, and a cot with a high chair is available for family stays.

On the ground floor, a ski room and laundry room complete the practical layout of the accommodation.


Outdoors 

The balcony, accessible from the living room, extends the living spaces right in the heart of the village.

A covered parking space, adjacent to the flat, makes parking easy.

End-of-stay cleaning and linen are included.

A concierge service offers additional services, subject to a quote: transfers, in-home massages, sporting activities, a private chef or cleaner during your stay, delivery of ski passes or groceries, equipment hire, and helicopter trips.


Location

Situated right in the centre of Morzine, the flat is within walking distance of most amenities and the ski lifts. The resort forms part of the Portes du Soleil, a Franco-Swiss ski area with nearly three hundred kilometres of slopes spread across twelve resorts, and holds the ‘Famille Plus’ certification. In summer, it becomes an ideal setting for hiking, mountain biking, golf or stand-up paddleboarding on Lake Montriond, confirming its status as a four-season destination.
