Indoors 

The living room opens directly onto the terrace, offering an unobstructed view of Gustavia harbour. It is air-conditioned and equipped with a television with Dish satellite reception and Apple TV, as well as a Bose speaker – perfect for enjoying late afternoons and evenings. Its layout emphasises the connection with the outdoors, with the bay and its boats remaining visible from the living areas.

The kitchen, which is also air-conditioned, is equipped with everything you need: a microwave, coffee and espresso machine, toaster, blender and dishwasher. It allows you to prepare meals entirely in-house, whilst there are also restaurants just a few minutes’ walk away.

The villa has three beautiful bedrooms. The first overlooks Gustavia harbour and features a king-size bed (2 x 2 m). The other two bedrooms are fitted with queen-size beds (1.80 x 2 m). Each of the three bedrooms has air conditioning, a safe, a television with Dish satellite reception, and its own en-suite shower room, a layout that suits both a family and a group of friends, each wishing to have their own space.


Outdoors 

The heated infinity pool measures 8 x 5 metres. Its elevated position overlooking Gustavia is one of its key attractions: the pool literally frames the bay, where the sailing boats and yachts at anchor provide a backdrop that changes with the time of day. The adjoining terrace, which extends from the living room, offers the same view and is ideal for both a lunch in the shade and watching the sunset over the harbour.

Just a few minutes’ walk away, Shell Beach rounds off the outdoor experience of your stay; it is renowned for its sunsets and features a beachside restaurant and a car park nearby, making it easy for visitors who do not wish to walk there from the villa.


Staff & Services

The villa benefits from a daily cleaning service, as well as regular visits from a gardener and a pool maintenance technician to look after the grounds and the swimming pool.
Bed linen, bath towels and beach towels are provided.


Location

The villa is situated on the hills above Gustavia, the capital of Saint Barthélemy, renowned for its marina and its atmosphere that is both elegant and lively. This elevated position explains the unobstructed view of the bay from the living room, the harbour-facing bedrooms and the terrace.

Shell Beach is within walking distance of the villa. Gustavia’s restaurants and luxury boutiques, as well as the village’s nightlife, are also within walking distance, just a few minutes’ walk away. A supermarket is a 5-minute walk away, and Saint Barthélemy Airport is also just 5 minutes from the villa, a real advantage for short stays or late arrivals.

This close proximity to Gustavia’s main attractions: the beach, restaurants, shops and the airport, makes it a convenient base for exploring the island without having to rely on a car for day-to-day travel.
