Room 2 - 23m2 :
Room, 1st floor, view of the garden. This bedroom has 2 twin beds 90 cm configurable as a double bed. Bathroom ensuite, with 2 washbasins, walk-in shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, TV.

Room 3 - 23m2 :
Room, Ground level, direct access to the pool, direct access to the terrace, view of the garden, view of the sea. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom ensuite, with walk-in shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, office table, TV.

Room 4 - 15m2 :
Room, Ground level, view of the garden. This bedroom has 1 double bed 140 cm. Bathroom ensuite, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.


Indoors

The villa is composed of two floors. The warm open-plan lounge/living room offers beautiful views and invites you to stroll to the sandy beach, or go for a dip in the turquoise lagoon and enjoy the peace and serenity. There is a total living area of 305.10 sqm.

Villa Kavanga features quality furniture, air conditioning, Plasma TV with satellite (2 bedrooms connected), a high quality furnished dining area and Teak furnished kitchen with granite kitchen top, a private swimming pool, covered terrace and balcony, dishwasher, fridge freezer, iron and ironing board, oven, combo washing and dryer machine, microwave.
High-speed cable Wi-Fi is also available, with access points throughout the house.

Note: 
- The fourth bedroom has been extended and completely redesigned to offer greater comfort and space. The renovation includes new wooden flooring, more space, a revamped décor and additional artwork throughout the house. The villa is now a beautiful four-bedroom property, with all bedrooms offering the same high standard of luxury.
- A Marshall sound system is available in the living room so you can enjoy music during your stay.


Outdoors

Kavanga is a beach front property with unobstructed views of the Roches Noires lagoon from the 2 private terraces overlooking beautiful enclosed garden with exotic plants and lush lawns.
You can relax in the private swimming pool of the villa.


Staff & Services

2 cleaners work 6 days a week except Sundays and bank holidays.
Overtime: from Eur 7 per hour per staff if staff stays beyond 1.30pm.
Delicious Lavazza coffee is available for an extra cost of Eur 0.50/pod

- Welcome hamper so you don’t have to worry about breakfast the next day.
- Breakfast service:  Eur 15 per day, served at 8.30am or later. Ingredients excluded.

Location 

In front of the villa the wide lagoon, with its various islets nearby, provides a sheltered zone for various types of marine activities.
Not far from the three acclaimed golf courses of the Eastern Coast, the village of Roches Noires is only 15 kilometres away from Grand Baie, the “Northern Riviera” known for its luxury shops, restaurants, clubs and marina. The world-renowned Pamplemousses Garden is less than a half-hour drive from your residence and you can reach the city of Port Louis in less than one hour.
