Sports enthusiasts will find a padel court, a half basketball court and a 110 m² fully equipped gym (with sauna, hammam and jacuzzi). The landscaped garden, planted with century-old olive trees, date palms and jacarandas, also houses a traditional "beldi" farm, completing this pastoral picture just a few minutes' drive from the city centre.

Indoors 

The house's architecture combines contemporary lines with noble materials, in a resolutely modern spirit that never overshadows the gentle Moroccan way of life. The double living room forms the heart of the house: open onto the garden and the pool, it forms a generous reception lounge where natural light flows freely from one space to another. The volumes, designed for both conviviality and privacy, allow for hosting large groups of guests as well as retreating to a cosier corner.
The fully equipped 30 m² kitchen meets the needs of cooking enthusiasts as well as travelers who prefer to leave meal preparation to professionals.
On the garden level, a cinema lounge offers an additional space dedicated to family or friends' evenings.
The entire villa is equipped with a complete home automation system, allowing remote control of lighting and shutters, with a constant focus on ease of use. This discreet technology is paired with a strong environmental commitment, with 10 kW photovoltaic panels contributing to the estate's energy self-sufficiency.
You can also enjoy a 110 m² gym, adjoining a wellness area comprising shower room, sauna, hammam and jacuzzi, as well as a dedicated changing room.


Outdoors 

The property spans a fully fenced, private hectare, offering a preserved natural setting halfway between palm grove and Mediterranean garden. The centrepiece is unquestionably the mirror pool (26 x 11m). It provides a most pleasant swimming space, extended by vast terraces inviting relaxation.
Sports enthusiasts have access to a padel court, a half basketball court and a table tennis table, perfect for livening up days spent with family or friends.
The landscaped garden displays a remarkable variety of plant life: date palms, century-old olive trees — whose harvest produces around sixty litres of oil each year —, fruit trees, coconut palms, Washingtonia palms, jacarandas and weeping willows create a landscape that changes with the seasons. A small traditional "beldi" farm, home to chickens and goats, adds an authentic rustic touch to the estate.
The parking area can accommodate up to 6 cars.


Staff & Services

The villa benefits from 24-hour security, ensuring a continuous presence on the estate throughout the stay. The household staff have their own accommodation within the property, an arrangement that preserves guests' privacy while ensuring constant availability when needed.
A complete video surveillance system reinforces this security setup, in a villa where comfort goes hand in hand with peace of mind.

For your meals, the following catering options are available:

• "À la carte" option: You don’t need to worry about shopping for ingredients – the villa takes care of that:
  • Breakfast : from 20€ per person per meal,
  • Lunch: from €30 per person per meal,
  • Dinner: from €40 per person per meal.
     
• "En liberté" option: You pay for the groceries (plus a €10 supplement for the trip). The staff at the house will then do the shopping and cook using the ingredients purchased. On top of this, there is a charge for the cook’s services: €40 per day.
