Master bedroom, view of the sea. This bedroom has 1 double bed King size. Bathroom private, with bathtub. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, office table, balcony.

Room 2 - North Villa - 2 :
Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 double bed King size. Bathroom private, with shower. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.

Room 3 - North Villa - 3 :
Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 double bed Queen size. Bathroom shared, with shower. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.

Room 4 - North Villa - 3 :
Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 2 twin beds configurable as a double bed. Bathroom shared, with shower. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.

Room 5 - South Villa - 1 :
Master bedroom, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 double bed King size. Bathroom private, with shower. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, outside shower.

Room 6 - South Villa - 2 :

Indoors 

The interior architecture is a tribute to understated luxury and contemporary elegance. The décor combines traditional Cycladic elements with modern aesthetics, creating a setting that is both warm and sophisticated.
The communal living areas include two spacious lounges equipped with audio and TV systems, perfect for relaxing or entertaining with family. The two fully equipped kitchens offer everything you need to prepare meals worthy of a professional chef. 


Outdoors 

The exteriors rival the interiors in beauty. There are two swimming pools, each measuring 12 x 5 metres, ideal for a refreshing dip under the Greek sun. The shaded pergolas, equipped with outdoor dining areas and a gas barbecue, are perfect for al fresco dining with breathtaking views of the sea and Antiparos. The tennis court and gym are ideal for keeping fit during your stay. Add to this direct access to the sea and a private jetty.
There is a pretty large space for parking.


Staff & Services

The price includes : 4 hours of daily maid service (live-in staff), change of linen and towels twice per week.
The house can be offered with two levels of service: The Premium Package or The Luxury Package.
