Indoors 

The main living area benefits from dual exposure that keeps it bright from morning to evening. It opens widely onto the terrace and serves as a gathering point for meals and shared moments. The kitchen, open onto this space, is well equipped. A separate living room, set slightly apart, offers a more intimate atmosphere around a fireplace.


Outdoors 

The south-facing terrace is a direct extension of the living area. It is arranged for use at any time of day: a reading corner, sun loungers, an outdoor dining area and a barbecue. The absence of facing neighbours allows it to be enjoyed without particular constraint. There is also a space for storing bicycles.
For practical purposes, free parking is available less than five minutes from the house.


Location

Le Bois-Plage-en-Ré is a village on the Île de Ré, connected to the mainland by the La Rochelle bridge, with the nearest airport located approximately 25 kilometres away. The house is situated right in the centre of the village, a few metres from the church, on a quiet lane with no car traffic. The market, local shops and a bicycle rental are all within walking distance, as is the Gouillauds beach, 700 metres away. This location makes it possible to handle most day-to-day journeys without a car, in particular thanks to the network of cycle paths serving the village and its surroundings.
