Indoors 

The property offers spacious and elegant interiors combining contemporary comfort with carefully selected furniture and decorative pieces. The impressive living room, approximately 75 m², benefits from large panoramic windows overlooking the sea. It features a large Smart TV, Denon Home Cinema system, Bose sound system, Bluetooth connectivity and a fireplace. The 40 m² dining room combines contemporary furniture with antique pieces and opens onto the outdoor spaces.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an American-style double-door refrigerator with ice maker, two Nespresso machines, a filter coffee machine, an Italian coffee machine and a professional 90 cm oven.

The property also features a library and study, while the independent "Sanctuary" provides a dedicated space for working and relaxing. Equipped with high-speed fibre-optic Wi-Fi, a large TV, a Bowers & Wilkins sound system and a meeting table for up to 10 people, it also includes presentation equipment, a PlayStation and a Ferrari racing simulator. The space opens onto a large terrace with spectacular sea views.

A separate chill-out lounge with a heated jacuzzi provides another inviting space to relax while enjoying the Mediterranean panorama.


Outdoors​ 

The property is surrounded by several spacious terraces designed for enjoying the exceptional seafront setting. Furnished with sun loungers, sofas and dining areas, they provide plenty of space to relax throughout the day. The main dining terrace features a large teak table and a professional Weber barbecue, creating an ideal setting for al fresco meals overlooking the Mediterranean.

The 8 x 5 metre saltwater swimming pool blends beautifully into the surrounding landscape and offers uninterrupted sea views. Pool heating is available on request. A child safety fence can also be installed around the pool on request.

The Mediterranean garden provides additional peaceful spaces to enjoy the sunshine or relax in the shade. The property also benefits from direct private access to the sea.

Private parking for up to four vehicles is available at the property.


Staff & Services

A dedicated property manager is available to assist guests and help ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.

End-of-stay cleaning is included. The property also provides luxury Egyptian cotton bed linen, luxury bath and beach towels, as well as welcome amenities. Nespresso capsules and fine teas are available throughout the stay.

Location

Located in a peaceful residential area of Cala Vinyes, on the southwest coast of Mallorca, the property enjoys a privileged seafront position with direct access to the Mediterranean. Cala Vinyes Beach is approximately 300 metres away. Restaurants, bars, shops and other amenities can be reached within a few minutes on foot.
Palma is approximately 15 minutes away by car, while Palma de Mallorca Airport can be reached in around 30 minutes. Puerto Portals and Port Adriano are also easily accessible.
The surrounding area offers a wide range of activities, from swimming and water sports to golf and exploring the many beaches and coastal villages of southwest Mallorca.
