Main floor
The villa's open-plan living spaces are perfect for parties and meetings with friends or family. 
Beautiful living room with natural light and comfortable white sofas, with fireplace and TV.
Large dining area with a table for 10 people and amazing sea views.
Modern fully-equipped kitchen with a large central island for quick meals.


Outdoors

The villa is on a spacious plot of land, with immaculate lawns to the front and back.
Towering pine trees offer shade in the gardens. 
There's a direct access to the beach through a private gate.
There's an outside shower by the private gate to the beach, to wash off any surplus sand. 
The villa has a secure driveway with electric gates and plenty of parking space. 
The sizeable wrap-around exterior terrace has a barbecue, large dining table and comfy seating area for outdoor meals. 


Location

Close to some of the most beautiful beaches in Mallorca such as Cala Agulla, Cala Molto, Cala Mesquida and Cala Gat, the tenants of villa Elna can also enjoy Cala Ratjada and its protected port where you can rent boats with or without a captain. 
From the beach of Son Moll to the port opens a wide promenade that borders the sea with a wide range of bars and restaurants.
