Indoors 

This welcoming home has a very pleasant atmosphere, where peace and quiet reign. Its decoration is a perfect blend of tradition and modernity.
You will find two lounges of 40 m² each, ideal for relaxing or organizing business meetings.
You will certainly be charmed by the summer living room with its dining area and its beautiful, bright and carefully decorated designer kitchen. This space opens onto a lovely covered terrace, perfect for enjoying a coffee break or even a meal with a nice sea view.
You will also appreciate the 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The comfortable, traditional-style bedrooms are full of charm and are all equipped with heating and air conditioning.
The property also includes two garages, which can be used for meetings, lunches, dinners or any type of event, such as product presentations, business meetings...


Outdoors​ 

The masia is ideally surrounded by beautiful Mediterranean vegetation. It is set in pleasant gardens with pine, fig and cypress trees. At the entrance, there is a large area where you can park your vehicles or organise events.
You will enjoy the garden and the beautiful pool, a real haven of peace with a relaxed and elegant atmosphere. This space is equally suited for pleasant family moments or for the organisation of business activities/lunches.
The pool area includes: a porch with kitchen (equipped with all the comforts of a conventional kitchen), a dining table and a cloakroom with bathroom (with shower).


Staff & Services

The villa also offers to its guests the possibility of optional services such as daily cleaning, babysitting, chef services...

Important note : Within the rent paid by the guest is included a consumption of 0.15 cubic meters of water per guest per day. In order to encourage responsible water consumption, the owner will charge the amount of 75 € EUROS for each cubic meter of water consumed that exceeds the limit set according to the number of guests and days.


Location

In addition to the beautiful large beach located just a few metres away (5-10 minutes), you can quickly reach the Roman arch of Bará, the traditional village of Roc de San Cayetano and a Pitch & Putt in El Vendrell. The surrounding area also has an attractive gastronomic offer.
You can visit the city of Tarragona, the famous town of Sitges and the wine cellars of Villafranca del Penedés, which are 25-30 minutes away.
Barcelona, Port Aventura, Salou and Cambrils can be reached in 45 minutes.
Barcelona airport and the Camp de Tarragona AVE station are 40 and 25 minutes away respectively.
The Ebro Delta is 70-90 minutes away.
