Villa Consuelo has five stylishly-appointed bathrooms, and three of them have an ensuite. There is a fully equipped kitchen that is conveniently situated next to the dining area and includes a large serving window for family meals. The interior is open plan and gives the home a bright and airy atmosphere, and the ceiling fans help to keep it cool during the summer. Decorated in lovely pastel colours, each room is fitted with high quality furniture and fittings. Professionally designed, the grounds can be accessed via electrically-operated gates to ensure total privacy and security.
An irresistible invitation to indulge in the open air Mediterranean lifestyle, the shaded barbecue area is complete with comfortable patio furniture and poolside sun loungers. At the end of the garden you will find a gate that gives access to a path leading down to Tamarit beach, where you can enjoy a refreshing swim in the sea, relax on the golden sand, or sample the excellent menu at the beach-bar restaurant. The town of Tamarit is also nearby and is famous for its castle that you can visit and its many shops and restaurants.
Accommodation and Facilities:

The house is accessed from the top of the building. Left of the entrance is the washing room that is equipped with a washing machine and a dryer. Next to this is the large garage, used for hanging washing (no cars). The garage can be accessed from the interior and exterior.
Along the corridor, there are four bedrooms (one is used as an office): 1 twin child's bedroom (2 single beds 0.90m x 1.90m) with child's cupboard, ensuite bathroom with walk in shower and a third bed on a higher level accessed by wooden stairs equipped with 1 bed (1 double 1.60m x 2.00m) ideal for a nanny or elder third child. Bedroom two is a double (queen size bed 1.60m x 2.00m) with fitted wardrobes and two chairs that are ideal for relaxing and enjoying the spectacular sea views.
The bathroom, equipped with a bathtub and two faucets is shared with the 3rd bedroom which can be used as an office and has one single bed (0.90m x 2.00m), desk and office chair and access to the terrace. Bedroom 4 has 1 double (queen size bed 1.60m x 2.00m) with a dressing area and ensuite bathroom with views of the sea containing a bath with jacuzzi and walk-in shower. This room has access to two terraces, one of them private and the other one shared with room 3.
Stairs lead down to a hall area. Straight ahead is a large open plan living room with dining table that seats 8, one big sofa, three wicker chairs and a wood-consuming open fireplace facing both the living area and the TV area, equipped with one wicker chaise long, book shelves with CD player and a TV table with satellite TV and DVD. The fully equipped kitchen is connected to the living area and contains a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, "Nespresso" coffee maker, microwave, oven and ceramic hob. There is a 5th bedroom on the ground floor with 1 double (queen size bed 1.60m x 2.00m), fitted cupboards and ensuite bathroom. Opposite the stairs is a guest toilet and a pantry.
Accessed through electric gates the property is served with a large parking area that is suitable for up to 3 cars. The main entrance is on the top floor and the stairs leading down to the pool area can also be accessed from the living room. There is also a large paved area with a big verandah that is equipped with a table and chairs suitable for dining al fresco. There is also a built in barbecue and a separate sitting area that is shaded.
The pool area is equipped with teak deck chairs and sun loungers around the infinity L-shaped swimming pool. The designer gardens are beautifully equipped with different shrubs, plants and rockeries that blend perfectly with the surrounding nature.

Blessed with endless miles of sandy beaches and intimate rocky coves, it is the perfect place to relax and unwind by the ocean. Popular resorts like Lloret de Mar offer up a lively restaurant and nightlife scene, but travelling just a few kilometres inland uncovers some of the area's hidden gems and natural wonders. Throughout Cataluña dozens of tiny villages nestle between the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains of the interior, where vineyards and olive groves sit alongside medieval monasteries and crumbling castles.
