Llafranc Beach House is a very nice house located on the footpath that goes from Llafranc to Calella de Palafrugell. This area is considered by many to be one of the most beautiful and charming location of the Costa Brava. With a direct beach acces the house has a spectacular view of the sea and the charming port of Llafranc.
The villa can accommodate 8 people in 4 bedrooms. It has recently been completely renovated.

Llafranc Beach House is distributed over 4 floors.
- The main floor has a tastefully furnished dining room and a spacious terrace with fantastic sea views, a large open plan fully equipped kitchen (gas hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer) , 1 suite with shower and double bed (180x190cm), 1 double bedroom (2 beds of 90x190cm), 1 bathroom with shower.
- On the upper floor there is an attic studio with 2 sofa beds and a TV.
- On the lower floors there are 2 suites with shower (2 double beds 180x190cm and 160x190cm) with sea view and one with terrace.
- On the lower floor the house has a small jetty with direct access to Llafranc beach (access by door with code).
A parking garage dor 2 cars is provided and included in the price. It is located 200 meters from the house.
Location
This house is located in Llafranc, one of the most beautiful towns on the Costa Brava, which stands out for its beautiful beach with crystal clear waters, its promenade covered with pine trees and its nautical port. A few minutes walk along the rampart walk we reach Calella de Palafurgell, a beautiful fishing village and one of the most charming places on the Costa Brava.

der empfang war sehr nett und flexibel.
es gab ein paar dinge, die nicht optimal waren, siehe unten, aber was ist schon optimal?
wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.
die küche war sehr verdreckt, die elektrogeräte ebenso, der grill war nicht zu benutzen, zu verdreckt. die schlafzimmer und badezimmer waren besser geputzt. die schlafzimmer zum meer haben eine tolle lage, jedoch ist unter den schlafzimmern die wasserpumpe, die so laut ist, das es nachts sehr störend ist. sie springt an, sobald jemand das wasser aufdreht. die oberen schlafzimmer sind sehr schön, wenn man die fenster öffnet, ist es allerdings sehr sehr laut, da zur straße hin liegend und ebenerdig. es gab für zwei wochen je ein großes und ein kleines handtuch pro person. viel zu wenig. ich habe dann noch welche dazugemietet, aber das ist seltsam. die dusche habnen kaum wasserdruck.
La situation de la maison est au bord de la mer avec les avantages et les inconvénients que cela peut avoir (voir ci après) . Les espaces et la décoration sont simples mais beaux. Ils sont d'un bon niveau toutefois l'aspect fonctionnel a été mis au second plan ce qui est regrettable pour une maison de ce niveau (voir entre autres ci après)
Cette maison étant au bord de la mer subit des dégradations régulières et plus importantes qu'à la moyenne . Cela nécessiterait en regard du prix élevé de la location, un entretien annuel beaucoup plus conséquent . Entre autres on note en effets des oxydations non traitées des parties métalliques notamment pour ce qui concerne la quincaillerie des volets qui n'assurent plus un fonctionnement normal de ces fermetures . En effet on est obligé de forcer pour pouvoir les clore. Beaucoup de point de rouille apparaissent également sur toutes les autres parties métalliques . La porte de la chambre du bas ne ferme pas et nous avons du la coincer avec un carton pour éviter les courants d'air. la VMC est bruyante et peu efficace notamment dans les salles de bain qui sont constamment humides et non ventilées ce qui n'est pas du tout à la hauteur du niveau de prestation de la maison. L'humidité est en effet un des gros inconvénient de cette maison qui aurait nécessité un dispositif de ventilation beaucoup plus adapté. De plus le lave vaisselle est trop petit et beaucoup de plats et les grandes assiettes n'y rentrent pas.
