Outside, immaculate laws, colourful flower beds and lush shrubbery await, complimented by a stunning swimming pool. Numerous shaded corners, sun terraces and a poolside pergola can be found on the area, along with a barbecue. Outdoor dining areas also adorn the grounds, making them ideal for days of relaxation or romantic evenings.
A separate self-contained cottage or ‘caseta’ is available for larger groups. It is situated on the other side of the entrance courtyard and provides additional accommodation while offering the same exquisite decor found in the main house.
The surrounding area offers a large variety of activities such as golf, sandy beaches, cycle routes and walking trails. Even the 4km drive separating the property from the local supermarket is a delight with the beautiful and ever changing views of ‘mar y montaña’ along with the faint scent of pine, wild broom, lavender and rosemary.

Main House - 9 bedrooms (capacity 24 people)
The manor has 9 suites, all completely furnished and decorated with care to offer you all the comfort you may need and each suite possesses its own name, related to the nature and landscape in the area.
The ground floor, of 435m², has a large entrance hall of 110m², with a beautiful vaulted ceiling, and a spacious living room with a fireplace. You will find a reading area and a TV room, all with vaulted ceilings, and a dining room with a dining table that can sit 30 people. A fully equipped kitchen is to be found in the main house, with a centre aisle of 3.60m long and a breakfast table seating 6 people.
The ground floor also offers a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, accessible by wheelchair, and an utility room, equipped with 2 washing machines, 2 tumble dryers, a laundry sink and ironing and sewing facilities. Plus, there is an office and games room, with an additional TV and a wine cellar.
The heated health spa has an interior swimming pool, measuring 7m x 3m with an incorporated Jacuzzi, a sauna, a gym, 2 WC and 2 shower rooms. The outdoor dining area, which is 105m², is equipped with a barbecue, sinks, a fridge and a freezer, and is accessible via the kitchen.
First Floor (285m²)
The first floor has a spacious landing of 110m² with comfortable seating and reading areas. Five high-standard double bedrooms are available on the same floor, all with ensuite facilities, along with a bedroom, which can accommodate up to 6 people with ensuite bathroom. You will also find sun terraces (110m² + 30m²) with outdoor furniture.

LA CASETA - 2 bedrooms (capacity 6 people)
The Caseta, originally known as the Groundsman’s cottage, is located on the courtyard opposite the main house. It is an attractive property, restored with care to the highest standard, using mainly traditional materials in respect of its rustic history.
Furnished and decorated in a tasteful country style oozing rural charm and comfort, the Caseta is composed of two double bedrooms, each equipped with ensuite facilities, and an utility room which is situated just off the vast open plan kitchen/living/dining area. A sun terrace is accessible through patio doors, benefitting from an outdoor dining table, sofa, armchairs, making it the ideal place for al fresco meals.
Notes
- Daily maid service and delivery of fresh bread for breakfast are included in rental fees (Monday – Saturday, 5 hours a day for the main villa, 7 hours a day for main villa + annexe cottage).
- The housekeeper lives in a separate cottage within the grounds.
