Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom private, with 2 washbasins, shower. WC are shared. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, safe.

Room 2
Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom shared, with 2 washbasins, bathtub, shower. WC are shared. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.

Room 3
Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom shared, with 2 washbasins, bathtub, shower. WC are shared. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.

Room 4
Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom shared, with 2 washbasins, bathtub, shower. WC are shared. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.

Notes :
- Upon request, two beds can be added to accommodate a ninth or tenth guest.
- For optimal comfort, each bedroom is equipped with its own air conditioning system and offers beautiful views of the enchanting sea, picturesque valley or colorful summer garden. 
- The house features a total of 3 bathrooms, each designed with convenience and luxury in mind. Two bathrooms are located on the ground floor and are shared by three bedrooms. These bathrooms have a total of two showers, a relaxing bath and illuminated mirrors.


Indoors

The kitchen is the heart of the house, designed with all culinary needs in mind. Think of an XL cooking island with an integrated extractor, oven, combi microwave, SMEG toaster, refrigerator, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, SMEG kettle, dishwasher and ample storage space for all your ingredients. On the other side of the cooking island, you'll find a bar with three cozy seats, ideal for savoring drinks, private dining, engaging in delightful conversations with the chef, and enjoying the best view in town.
The dining room is adjacent to the living room and kitchen and offers enough space to dine with 10 guests.
The living rooms contains two separate living rooms creating the ideal setting for groups. The Fourus room offers a unique round handmade sofa and views of the green Mirador valley. The other living room has a spacious sofa, two armchairs and offers panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea.
The villa contains four luxurious bedrooms, suitable for 8 to 10 guests. The first floor features a bedroom and en-suite bathroom, a king size bed and breathtaking sea views. On the ground floor the other three bedrooms are located, which share two separate bathrooms, each with a king size bed and direct access to the outdoor terrace and pool.


Outdoors

With five beautifully appointed terraces spread across the garden, the property offers the ideal spot for every moment of day.
The 11x4 meter swimming pool (Depth : 1.5m) is surrounded by a mix of handmade and wooden sunbeds, as well as cozy umbrellas for shade. In addition, adjacent to the pool, the outdoor kitchen and lounge provide an exclusive and communal space to gather, dine and relax. The naya of the house is part of both the first floor and the ground floor and offers protection during the brightest sunhours. In the corner of the yard, the pergola terrace is the absolute spot for guests who enjoy garden views, gentle sea breezes and vibrant summer flowers.
And last but not least, you will enjoy the breathtaking rooftop terrace, the villa's hidden gem.
Electric gate and private parking for two cars is available.

Location

The villa is conveniently located just 15 minutes away from the well-known El Arenal Beach.
You can enjoy the boulevard and cozy restaurants or participate in activities such as beach volleyball, jet ski tours or wave surfing. Cala del Portitxol beach, visible from the house, is also a popular destination. This beach is best known for its characteristic blue fishermen's houses. Renting a kayak is definitely worth it here; for example, paddle to the nearby rocks to take a refreshing dive in the crystal clear blue waters.
Javea has much more to offer, such as the historic town center, Playa de Cala Granadella and Cala Ambolo. If you want to discover more cities, you can extend your experience with Altea, Denia, Calp, Alicante or Valencia.
The house is only a 5-minute walk away from the astonishing viewpoint of Mirador del Cap Negre. 
The local supermarket is within a four-minute drive reach.
