This property, which was renovated in 2008, will enchant its occupants with its Mediterranean charm. It consists of a main villa with 3 bedrooms and a secondary apartment with 2 bedrooms. It is possible to rent only the main villa or the main villa with the secondary apartment.
The interiors of the villa are simple and very modern, and use mainly wood and stone as natural materials. The opulent, lovingly, and detailed facilities complete the overall concept.
The house offers a spacious dining room (nicely decorated with local arts), a charming fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen.
Guests will appreciate the three air-conditioned bedrooms and the two bathrooms, spread over two floors.
The secondary apartment comprises a fully equipped kitchen and two additional bedrooms (both with en-suite bathrooms).

Guests can relax by the private pool under the palms, or enjoy the beach which can be reached by a staircase directly from the villa.
