Indoors 
 

• On the ground floor is the main entrance hall with a billiard table. On this floor you will also find a gym and wellness area, as well as access to the garden and outdoor areas.
   
• The first floor includes a large living room with fireplace, a dining room, an office/TV room with fireplace, a kitchen with a breakfast room, and two bedrooms. From the living room there is access to a large south-facing terrace overlooking the incredible grounds. This room also provides access to the pool terrace to the north and to a shaded dining area overlooking the Italian garden below.
   
• The upper floors of the property have five bedrooms, four of which are doubles and one is single. On the second floor, stairs lead up to another room with access to the incredible panoramic tower.

Outdoors​ 

Situated high up, the property offers absolutely stunning views of the surrounding countryside. These views can be particularly enjoyed from the many outdoor dining areas, which are the perfect place for a true Italian al fresco experience.

The house has an outdoor swimming poo,l with pietra serena paving, can be heated on request. Here you can relax during the long, hot Tuscan days.

The rental of the house includes continental buffet breakfast, mid-week linen change, concierge services and cleaning (6 days/week).

The location of the property is ideal for exploring Tuscany and all that it has to offer. Florence is an hour's drive away.
