Recently renovated 19th Century Villa of 300 sqm composed with 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms located 1km from Comunanza at the feet of Sibillini mountains in the Italian Apennines.
In another wing of the property there is an outbuilding suite as follows: double bedroom, kitchen with kitchenette and bathroom.
The suite may or may not be added to the villa based on the number of people.

The villa can accommodate 8 people and cots or cots can be added if there are children, with the suite up to 10.
