This villa is one of the most fabulous gems of lake Como. Located within the park of Villa d'Este, it offers both garden and lake views. The Villa was built in 1833 by the Baron Ciani, and soon became “the place to be” for the VIPs and was also home to many industrialists of the area. The Villa had been completely refurbished in 2015.

Spread over 7,535 square feet, the Villa offers a stunningly beautiful and spacious living room with big windows facing out over the Lake, a fully equipped kitchen, 6 bedrooms with marble bathrooms all distributed over three floors and a multi-functional relaxing room with gym.

While respecting the elegant atmosphere of the natural environment, the Villa has a classic modern design which complements the traditional harmonic features of the lake. A bright veranda opens onto the hidden garden where guests can relax and unwind and a second terrace with a large patio (640 square feet in total) in another unique feature of this house.

This new Villa is the ideal place for families and friends looking for a private home away from home yet with all comforts guaranteed and is perfect for very exclusive high-end stays.

It can accommodate up to 13 guests (12 guests with 1 extra bed)

The entrance, one bedroom and bathroom for the staff , one bedroom with en-suite marble bathroom and a multi-functional room (gym and relaxing room)

First Floor:
The main entrance of the villa, a living room, a dining room with majestic glass windows overlooking the gardens and the lake, a kitchen, two bedrooms with en-suite marble bathroom each and annexed closet.

Second Floor:
Three bedrooms with en-suite marble bathroom each and annexed closet.
Air conditioning, satellite LCD TV, complimentary WI-FI are included.


Outdoors

The Villa also offers two outdoor terraces with patio (60 square meters/640 square feet in total) and two private parking lots.
