Indoors
Villa Amagi is characterised by a fancy and elegant style that harmoniously combines a classic but, at the same time, contemporary design. Its reopening, in June 2016, after an important renovation project, has allowed the enlargement of the original building and, consequently, the renewal of the interior spaces, always paying attention to the details.
The ground floor has a very bright living room (thanks to the large windows in the patio that also allow direct access to the garden) and a greenhouse of over 40 square metres that opens onto the private garden (with oak trees that are part of a unique collection in Italy). There are also two comfortable bedrooms with private bathrooms on this level.
An imposing wooden staircase leads to the first floor, which consists of a living room and three bedrooms with private marble bathrooms. The master bedroom is distinguished by a special shower, which connects the bedroom and the bathroom.
Guests will also enjoy a majestic library designed by local artisans, which spans both floors.
Outdoors
Villa Amagi is located in a very quiet environment with a suggesting view of the hills from the private infinity pool.
Villa Amagi is surrounded by the Landscape Garden, a true piece of botanical art in which countryside, nature and formal features blend together with irresistible spontaneity. Part of the prestigious network Grandi Giardini Italiani, covers three hectares and boasts one of the most important arboreal assets in Italy, with an extraordinary collection of oak trees.
Guests can also enjoy a beautiful infinity pool, a jacuzzi and a large solarium from which it is possible to enjoy a breathtaking view of the surrounding hills.
Staff & Services
The price includes pool and garden maintenance, free city & mountain bikes (upon request), a concierge service, a welcome aperitif, a welcome gift upon arrival (of local and organic products from the farm and according to the season), a daily room cleaning, the final housekeeping.
The villa also offers its guests the possibility of additional services, such as additional housekeeping, additional bed for adult, chef services, grocery delivery, airport transfers, car with driver, golf car, butler service...

Guglielmo Marconi International Airport (BLQ) is about 11 km from Bologna city center and 30 km from the villa; A pick-up shuttle service from the airport can be organized upon request.
Possibility to use a private airfield 10 km from the villa for both turboprop and jets.
Bologna Centrale, Bologna’s main railway station, is located 19 km from Palazzo di Varignana. A pick-up shuttle service from the station is available upon request.
