Indoors

The villa's interior pays homage to the style of the 1950s, featuring walnut wall paneling and furniture partly designed by Rizzo. The open living area includes a welcoming lounge, a convivial dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, perfect for preparing gourmet meals in an elegant setting. Skylights and numerous openings create a seamless flow with the exterior.


Outdoors

The villa's exteriors span 15,000 m² of land, offering an idyllic setting surrounded by hills and vineyard vistas. The infinity pool (16 x 2.8m, min depth: 1.30m, max depth: 2.50m) dominates the landscape, promising ultimate relaxation under the Italian sun. The terraces are furnished with sun loungers, parasols, and al fresco dining areas, allowing for convivial meals with the outdoor kitchen and barbecue. A landscaped garden, outdoor shower, and ample parking space complete this ensemble.


Location

Ideally situated, the villa is just 5 minutes from the village of Controguerra, which offers restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets. A 25-minute drive takes you to the historic town of Ascoli Piceno, where you can discover its travertine buildings and culinary delights, including olive all' ascolana. For wine enthusiasts, several local vineyards offer tours and tastings nearby. The beaches of Stabilimento Balneare Alba and the seaside village of Grottammare, famous for its palm-lined beaches and excellent restaurants, are easily accessible, providing a perfect escape on the Adriatic coast.
