Indoors
The house is arranged over two levels for a total of 300 sqm. You will find 4 bedrooms (+ 1 office that can be converted into a 5th bedroom), as well as 6 bathrooms.
The living and dining room form a single space, furnished with a bar, a library, and a fireplace. The kitchen is well equipped.
For your comfort and peace of mind, the house is fully air-conditioned throughout and equipped with an alarm system and a smoke detector.
Outdoors
The plot of around one hectare is landscaped with gardens surrounding the house, with terraces and relaxation areas. You can enjoy an unobstructed sea view (facing the Bay of Navarino) and a lovely swimming pool* (16 x 3m - Depth: 1.5m), with an outdoor shower nearby. An outdoor dining area and a barbecue allow for al fresco meals.
The parking can accommodate up to 3-4 cars.
*the pool can be heated (on request and at extra cost). The maximum temperature is at 25 degrees always based on weather conditions.
Location
The property is located in Messinia, in the Peloponnese, 3.7 km from Gialova (about a 7-minute drive) and 41 km from Kalamata airport. The nearest beach is by the Gialova Lagoon.
The area offers several points of interest nearby: Voidokilia Beach, known for its omega-shaped bay, Navarino Castle, and the Gialova Lagoon, a protected wetland. Golf courses, hiking trails, and archaeological sites are also accessible from the villa.
