Room, 1st floor, view of the sea. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom ensuite, with 2 washbasins, walk-in shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also private terrace.

Room 2
Room, 1st floor, view of the sea. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm. Bathroom ensuite, with 2 washbasins, walk-in shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also private terrace.

Room 3
Suite, 1st floor, view of the sea. This bedroom has 1 double bed 200 cm. Bathroom ensuite, with 2 washbasins, walk-in shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also private terrace.


Indoors

The villa Odysea offers a refined and elegant decoration, and the atmosphere that emerges is very soothing.

Ground floor
On the right of the entrance hall of the villa, you will find the spacious and fully equipped kitchen which gives onto a terrace decorated with planted planters, as well as a dining room with a large round marble table that can accommodate 8 people, and opening onto a terrace also with a marble table, and a view of the harbor.
A storage room and guest toilet are also located in this part of the ground floor.

On the left of the entrance hall, you will find two lounges opening onto large terraces protected by pergolas.
The first lounge has two sofas (quality Italian furniture), and a collection of Icons, paintings, and old pottery from the different islands of Cyclades.
The second living room has modern furniture and a TV.

First floor
The first floor is entirely dedicated to the 3 bedrooms and their bathrooms.
They all benefit from air conditioners and large closets.


Outdoors

A spacious L-shaped terrace, protected by a pergola, has an outdoor lounge and a large round marble table.
Go down a few steps and you will access the barbecue area, with summer kitchen and bread oven.
A dining area, under the pergola, has a large marble table and banquette sofas can accommodate a dozen people and has a magnificent view of the sea and the beach of Logaras.

Take a few steps in the garden and you will reach the pool area, 16m x 3.5m, closed by vegetation.

The large garden, very well maintained, is composed of olive trees, cypresses, oleanders and other shrubs, as well as many flowering plants.
It is fenced and has a parking space for guests to park their vehicles inside the property.


Location

Airport is 30 minutes south.
The town of Noussa (the local St Tropez) is located 15km from the villa.
The town of Marpissa (2 km) has a supermarket, and many other shops.
The villa is a short distance from the beaches of Molos (always protected from the wind) and Kalogero (the beach of Clay) very popular, and further south for surfers that of Punta Beach.
The port of Piso Livadi, has many boats for daily excursions to different islands (Koufounisi, Iraklia, Ios, Santorini, Amorgos, etc ...)
You can have access to the beach, supermakets, shops, restaurants and bars by walking. As it is within a short distance from the villa, you don't need the car.
