Situated in a superb location in South Western Paros, Villa Lew is one of those rare Greek houses that are virtually on the beach. The estate comprises of two identical independent villas that share a beautiful natural garden carpeted with colourful wildflowers and aromatic herbs. At the far end of the garden and only a few steps away from a charming beach, an infinity swimming pool overlooks the azure stretch that separates Paros from Antiparos.

Each structure consists of three different-sized stone-made blocks that interconnect via a large terrace.
True to the Cycladic architecture, the blocks have either been whitewashed or left uncovered to integrate the structure to the rugged landscape of the island. The pergola-shaped terraces feature lounge and dining areas that are well appointed for outdoor living.

The arrangement features an enclosed back yard with a BBQ and a generous dining area.

Designed by a renowned minimalist architect, the interior is fully contemporary, yet in perfect harmony with its natural setting. The stone-paved floorings and bare concrete ceilings reflect the harshness of the landscape, softened only by the curves that connect the walls. With the decorations kept to a minimum and numerous openings piercing the stark-white walls, that eye is left to wander over the soothing seascape.

A few designer objects have been casually placed around to compliment the carefully selected furnishings.
The living room is spacious and bright with a comfortable white sofa and a cozy fireplace. An open-plan kitchen that is fully equipped for home cooking serves the adjacent dining area.In the same concept, the bedrooms are elegantly minimal, with built-in beds and white upholstery that create an ultimately relaxing atmosphere. The palette is basic, with stark white interrupted only by a few discreet touches of mousses-grey.

The upper floor bedroom opens to a large terrace with built-in sofas and uninterrupted sea views. The terrace leads to an independent double bedroom with ensuite shower bathroom and an attic, which is also accessible from an external staircase.
