This villa is a six bedroom vacation home on the south-east coast of the island, about half a kilometre away from Agrari, a quiet beach with pristine waters. Situated on a rocky slope at a fair distance from the neighbouring houses, the villa enjoys both privacy and sweeping sea vistas.

The terrace is fully equipped for outdoor living: there is a gorgeous shaded lounge and dining area fitted with a traditional wood oven, a beautiful garden with local herbs and flowers and a swimming pool that overlooks the Aegean.

The house itself pays tribute to the Cycladic design, featuring curved, white-washed blocks bundled tightly together. Rather than creating vast spaces, the architect kept the living areas to a human scale to convey an intimate feeling. The interior is cosy and stylish, with classic furnishings accentuated by subtle modern touches. In the bedrooms, the palette is natural and the ornamentation kept to a minimum. Instead, attention is caught by tall windows that offer eye-soothing views of the landscape. To maximize privacy, the villa includes two independent guest rooms with pool access.
