Indoors

This spacious villa, features a modern design and offers a comfortable and bright interiors.
It can accommodate up to 8 people in its 3 stylish bedrooms, located on the ground floor.
You will appreciate the charming living room, the fully equipped kitchen and the dining room located on the terrace.

Outdoors

You will enjoy the beautiful outdoor area with sunbeds by the pool, dining area, outdoor shower, wc and grill.
The large swimming pool (8 x 4m - Depth : 1.5m) offers a nice view of the endless blue of the sea.
There is also a parking.

Staff & Services

The price includes the service of a cleaning lady every 4 days.
On request and at an additional cost, the villa can also offer other services such as : Chef Services (who can offer personalized dining experiences right at our accommodation), Yoga Classes(led by experienced instructors, amidst the serene surroundings of our accommodation), massages (you can unwind and de-stress with a variety of massage therapies tailored to your preferences).

Location

Ierapetra is the southernmost city of Crete, about 35 km from Agios Nikolaos to the north and 60 km from Sitia to the east.
It has a long history and combines the infrastructure of a tourist resort, with easy access to pristine beaches and important ecosystems of the surrounding area while retaining its laid back charm and traditional aesthetics.

Very beautifull villa, very comfortable and well equipped, exactly as on the photos.
The location is amazing with excellent view, villa and pool, close to amazing, quiet beach as well as the town center. The place is a haven of peace! You are received with the warmth of a family and treated like a distinguished guest. Family run but very professional. We were very well looked after.

L'hébergement le plus beau et le mieux équipé que nous ayons jamais eu. Tout ce dont une famille peut avoir besoin dans une villa, confortable, sûre pour les enfants (garde-corps, balançoire).
Le supermarché et la plage les plus proches sont à 5 minutes en voiture, mais il y a d'autres belles plages à trouver à une demi-heure de route.
Les hôtes sont adorables, nous sommes arrivés tard, ils nous attendaient avec un grand bol de friandises et des gâteaux faits maison.
Ils ont imprimé nos billets d'avion et nous pouvions les contacter pour toute demande.

Impressive view over the sea and the mountains, the house is located perfectly.
The villa is fully equipped, all amentities in excellent condition, very clean.
We really enjoyed the pool, it creates the ideal setting for a summer vacation.
Numerous great restaurants and beaches nearby, supermarket, Ierapetra city is very close and easily accesible.
The hosts are very friendly and warm people, they were very kind at all times and
always happy to help us. They greeted us with local products and fresh fruits.
Strongly recommend, a truly great experience!
