Note: all bedrooms, with the exception of the guest bedroom (located upstairs in the Mas Principal), are equipped with a safe.
Indoors
These are the main building and the three gîtes. The property has a total of 7 bedrooms and bathrooms.
- Main house: three bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has a separate entrance from the terrace or inside the house.
- Gîte 1: located close to the main building, with an outdoor area and a bedroom with separate bathroom (bath and shower).
- Gîte 2: located in a private part of the property, with its own access road. It has a terrace, double bedroom, living room and separate bathroom with bath and shower.
- Gîte 3: located in a separate part of the property, away from the swimming pool, with lovely views over the estate and surrounding meadows, one bedroom, one bathroom and a small bedroom that can be converted into a lounge.
Outdoors
The heated swimming pool (13x6 meters) has a superb panoramic view. 3 hectares of gardens, oaks, olive trees and pines as well as 700 m2 of terraces encompass the buildings.
The garden is dotted with outdoor lounges, dining tables and shaded corners.
This ancient olive grove has more than 200 olive trees and produces its own PDO olive oil which can be purchased on site. You will find more than 1000 lavender, 600 rosemary, a fruit garden which gives fruit 8 months a year, dozens of almond trees, cypresses, roses and perennials which bloom in the garden all year round.
The bowling alley in the heart of the property allows you to spend moments of conviviality with a view overlooking the south of the Alpilles.
Location
The location of the property will give you a feeling of absolute peace and privacy, while being located close to villages, local markets and various shops: 5 minutes from Fontvieille, 10 minutes from Arles, 15 minutes from St Rémy de Provence, 15 minutes from Baux de Provence, 30 minutes from Avignon, 30 minutes from Nîmes and 45 minutes from Aix en Provence.

The house was very well appointed with a beautiful working kitchen which we used aily. The pool is not located near the house; it is up on a hill overlooking sweeping views of the surrounding fields and there are short pathways to the main house, pétanque court, and the 2 separate cottages on the grounds. Laundry room was very well equipped - 2 sets of washers/dryers. The A/C units worked extremely well so we were never uncomfortable with the heat. We did have a bit of a mosquito problem at sunset, but it is in the country.
