Indoors 

This 240 m² property (main house of 170m² and annexe of 70m²) features an interior where modernity meets Provencal charm.
The living room, the heart of the house, spans 70 m² and offers a harmonious space with a fully-equipped modern kitchen, a convivial dining area and a cosy sitting area around an elegant fireplace.
Each of the bedrooms has its own bathroom, combining comfort, privacy and refined decoration.

Outside, the house unfolds its charms in a green setting.
The carefully tended 3,000 m² garden opens onto a breathtaking panorama of the Alpilles, inviting you to rest and contemplate.
The heated (in summer), secure swimming pool (13 x 4 m) is the jewel in the crown of this property, a promise of coolness and relaxation on summer days.
The landscaped terraces allow you to fully enjoy the privileged climate of Provence, whether for al fresco lunches or starlit evenings.
You can also enjoy a petanque strip, a table tennis, a table football and a barbecue (the property also includes an enclosed car park).
