From the moment you enter, the house welcomes you with its charming entrance hall. To the left is a refined dining room with a table seating ten, perfect for cosy dinners. The spacious air-conditioned lounge, with its comfortable sofas and armchairs, invites you to relax. The kitchen, open to the north side of the house, is close to the tennis court, providing a functional and convivial space for preparing delicious meals.

There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor.


Outdoors 

The beautifully landscaped 8000 m² park, with its pine, olive, cypress and plane trees, surrounds the property in an idyllic natural setting. The vast south and south-west facing terraces offer a variety of relaxation areas: a lounge under an arbour with cane sofas, an open-air area with wrought iron furniture, and a summer dining room under arches equipped with a barbecue and a large table.
