Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom private, with bathtub. WC are shared.

Room 3
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 2 twin beds 90 cm. Bathroom private, with shower. WC are shared.

Room 4
Room, 2nd floor. This bedroom has 2 twin beds 90 cm configurable as a double bed. Bathroom shared, with bathtub. WC are shared.

Room 5
Room, 2nd floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm. Bathroom shared, with bathtub. WC are shared.

Note: bedroom 4 is very often used for children.


Indoors 

The interior of the farmhouse combines old-world charm with modern comfort. A 60 m² living room with high ceilings opens onto the terrace, the perfect spot for relaxing or chatting with the family. The dining room, with its stone vaulted ceiling, welcomes you around a large table near the old fireplace. A well-equipped kitchen, utility room with laundry facilities, TV area and additional living rooms complete the property. Simplicity, authenticity and natural light create a warm atmosphere, true to the spirit of the Luberon.


Outdoors 

The outdoor spaces invite you to enjoy the gentle Provençal way of life. Several terraces allow you to savour every moment of the day: breakfast overlooking the garden, a nap in a hammock under the hackberry tree, or a meal around a shaded stone table. The swimming pool (11 × 5 m – Depth: 1.5 to 2.8 m) and its pool house (with solar shower) promise swimming and relaxation with views of the lavender fields and the village of Murs. A table tennis table, pétanque court and badminton court round off the leisure facilities. Extensive private footpaths invite you to take a stroll amidst the scents of the garrigue and olive groves.
You can park up to 5 cars, thanks to a shaded carport and a garage which may be made available.


Location

This property is ideally situated, 4 km from Murs and 9 km from Gordes, two of the most beautiful hilltop villages in the Luberon. Here, you can enjoy the complete tranquillity of the countryside, whilst remaining close to renowned attractions: Provençal markets, hiking trails, Sénanque Abbey, restaurants, and all the treasures of the Luberon. Avignon TGV station is 50 minutes away, and Marseille airport is 1 hour 10 minutes away, making your arrival and departure easy. The farmhouse is the perfect base from which to discover the charm, nature and culture of authentic Provence.
