Note: The property can accommodate up to 12 guests by converting the ground-floor TV lounge into a sixth bedroom, which features its own en-suite bathroom.


Indoors 

The house features warm and inviting living spaces where the historic character of the property has been carefully preserved. The vaulted stone ceilings, exposed beams, and fine materials evoke the property’s centuries-old history while creating an elegant and authentic atmosphere.
The spacious main living room, bathed in natural light, is centered around a majestic stone fireplace and offers several relaxation areas perfect for social gatherings. The dining room brings family and friends together for cozy meals, while the fully equipped kitchen, featuring a large central island, was designed for sharing precious culinary moments.


Outdoors 

The outdoor areas offer a true haven of peace in the heart of the Mediterranean countryside. The landscaped garden, featuring century-old trees, lavender, and native plants, invites you to take a stroll and enjoy the scenery. The saltwater pool  (17 x 4 m, Depth : 1,2m à 1,8m), which can be heated upon request for an additional fee, is the centerpiece of the property. Surrounded by spacious terraces furnished with lounge chairs, it offers the perfect setting to soak up the sun in a quiet, unspoiled environment. A pétanque court is also available for sharing pleasant moments of togetherness with family or friends. Several outdoor relaxation and dining areas allow you to fully savor the long summer days while admiring the unobstructed views of the vineyards and olive groves surrounding the estate.

Located in the hinterland of Sète, the property enjoys a prime location that combines absolute tranquility with proximity to the region’s main attractions. The Mediterranean beaches, the typical villages of the Languedoc, and renowned vineyards are all easily accessible from the property.

Major amenities and points of interest are a short drive away: Montpellier is about 35 minutes away, and the Montpellier airport and the TGV Sud de France station are 40 minutes away. The charming town of Pézenas is 20 minutes away, while the village of Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert and the Terrasses du Larzac wine region are about 30 minutes away. The beaches of Sète and Marseillan are a 35-minute drive away, and those of Cap d’Agde are 40 minutes away. Aigues-Mortes is about a 1-hour drive, Avignon is 1.5 hours away, and Nîmes is about 2 hours away.
