The 90 m² living area, arranged on split levels, invites moments of sharing in a warm atmosphere, while its light-filled living room offers an unobstructed view of the landscaped garden and pool. As a bonus, a charming independent studio, accessible via the garden yet perfectly integrated into the whole, features an equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a south-facing terrace sheltered from view.
